IDERI - our vision of lean IT

Does IT always have to be complicated and process-driven? Or can IT also automate and streamline processes and ultimately lead to greater productivity? The idea of simple but effective IT is what drives us, the IDERI team, every day. We see ourselves as IT optimizers and pursue the vision of providing IT software solutions and tailored support to companies ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

IDERI was founded in 2006 by Alexander Knopp and Joachim Glockner – two friends who met during their development careers at NetSupport, then Enteo and now Ivanti. Today, more than 25 years later, Alexander as Managing Director and Joachim as Partner are still at the helm of IDERI – leading an ever-growing team in a friendly and respectful manner.

With our software solutions and tailor-made IT support, we now serve more than 400 customers: small and medium-sized companies such as craft businesses, but also large corporations with extensive IT infrastructures.

Sharing knowledge — full commitment for trainees

IDERI has been training trainees since 2011. With our philosophy of promoting young talent in the IT sector and challenging them with varied tasks, teamwork and responsibility, we are extremely successful. Eight of our current 15 employees have now been trained by IDERI itself.
